Their planetary government, The Arkanian Dominion, extolls the Arkanians' interest in genetic manipulation and callous regard. Throughout the Dominion's long history, it has consistently aligned itself with the primary galactic power of the time, from Old Republic to Sith Empire to Republic to Empire to New Republic.
