Keywords: Area, Natural
Trigger: A creature or Droid begins its turn in the Stampede.
Attack: +9 vs Reflex Defense
Damage: 2d12+1
Recurrence: Each round at the start of the target's turn, as long as the target is in the Stampede.
Suggested Skills: The following are suggested Skills for this Hazard:
- Acrobatics (DC 22): The character nimble dodges from the coming beasts, gaining a +2 bonus to their Reflex Defense against the Stampede.
- Jump (DC 27): The character reactively leaps away from oncoming impacts, gaining a +3 bonus to their Reflex Defense against the Stampede.
- Knowledge (Life Sciences) (DC 27): The character predicts the direction in which various elements within the stampede will move, gaining a +3 bonus to their Reflex Defense against the Stampede.
- Persuasion (DC 30): The character indicates to the stampede to clear a path for the character and his or her allies, reducing the skill DCs of the Stampede by 2 for their allies.
- Ride (DC 30): The character uses their experience to guide the stampede in a predictable manner, reducing the skill DCs of the Stampede by 5 for their allies.
Special: If an attack by the Stampede exceeds a target's Reflex Defense by more than 5 points, the character immediatly falls Prone (and subsequent attacks by the Stampede gain a +5 bonus).
