In order to survive off planet, the Skakoans have created three types of Skakoan Pressure Suits. The suits are as effective as certain types of Armor, but they are bulkier due to the additional breathing equipment and pressurizers
- Light Skakoan Pressure Suit (-2 penalty to Speed)
- Medium Skakoan Pressure Suit (-1 penalty to Speed)
- Heavy Skakoan Pressure Suit (-1 penalty to Speed)
All Skakoan Pressure Suits incorporate a vocalizer that distorts the wearer's speech patterns, making it difficult to tell one suit-wearing Skakoan from another.
Although not their intended purpose, Skakoan Pressure Suits can protect a non-Skakoan from the harmful effects of Skako's dense, oxygen-poor atmosphere.
