Rakghouls are the hideous results of the feared Rakghoul Disease that plagued the Taris surface and Undercity. Those infected mutated into savage four-legged beasts within hours. The aggressive nature of the Rakghouls made them extremely dangerous to anyone who was not already infected. They attack on sight, infecting their victims through the wounds they inflict.
