You can quickly get your hands on an opponent.
Prerequisites: Martial Arts I, Base Attack Bonus +1
Effect: If you succeed on an attack roll with an Unarmed attack, you may make an immediate Grab attempt as a Swift Action.
Special: If you have the Pin or Trip Feats, you may use this Feat to initiate a Grapple after making a successful Unarmed attack.
