Manufactured by Holowan Mechanicals, the first IG-100 MagnaGuard Droids were custom-built to General Grievous's specifications. Quick and deadly, the MagnaGuards are designed to protect their charge to their own destruction. MagnaGuard Droids have thick metal plating covering a wiry endoskeleton and have specifically designed arms that are adept at wielding melee weapons.
IG-100 MagnaGuards can't be played as Droid Heroes.
