Enemies that see you successfully use the Cleave Feat become fearful.
Prerequisites: Strength 13, Cleave, Power Attack, Base Attack Bonus +4
Effect: Immediately after you use the Cleave Feat, each enemy within 6 squares of you and within your line of sight takes a -1 penalty to its Reflex Defense, attack rolls, and Skill Checks against you until the end of the encounter. This penalty stacks with itself to a maximum of -5. This is a Mind-Affecting effect.
