The Force enables you to suspend your target motion and keep them from moving entirely.

[Telekinetic]

Time: Full-Round Action

Targets: One creature or Droid within 12 squares, and within line of sight.

Make a Use the Force check. If your result equals or exceeds your target's Fortitude Defense, they take the following effects as determined by your check result:

DC EFFECT
25 Target is Flat-Footed and cannot perform any Swift Actions or Reactions until the start of your next turn. Target can speak and remains aware of what they can see, hear, and understand.
30 Target is Flat-Footed and cannot perform any Move Actions, Swift Actions, or Reactions until the start of your next turn. Target can speak and remains aware of what they can see, hear, and understand.
35 Target is Flat-Footed and cannot perform any Actions until the start of your next turn. Target can speak and remains aware of what they can see, hear, and understand.

The target adds a size modifier to its Fortitude Defense for purposes of this Force Power: Colossal, +50; Gargantuan, +20; Huge, +10; Large, +5; Medium or smaller, +0.

Special: You can spend a Force Point to impose a -5 penalty to your target's Fortitude Defense against the use of this Force Power.

You may maintain your concentration on the Force Stasis to continue to animate it from round to round. Maintaining the Force Stasis power is a Standard Action, and you must make a new Use the Force check each round. If you suffer damage while maintaining Force Stasis, you must succeed on a Use the Force check (DC = 15 + damage taken) to continue concentrating.
