Beings can be of different size under certain circumstances.
Tiny: As Tiny creatures, beings gain a +2 size bonus to their Reflex Defense and a +10 size bonus on Stealth checks. However, their lifting and carrying limits are one half of those of Medium characters.
Small: As Small creatures, beings gain a +1 size bonus to their Reflex Defense and a +5 size bonus on Stealth checks. However, their lifting and carrying limits are three-quarters of those of Medium characters.
Medium: As Medium creatures, beings have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Large: As Large creatures, beings take a -1 size penalty to their Reflex Defense and a -5 size penalty on Stealth checks, and they gain a +5 size bonus to their Damage Threshold. Their lifting and carrying limits are double those of Medium characters.
Huge: As Huge creatures, beings take a -2 size penalty to their Reflex Defense and a -10 size penalty on Stealth checks, and they gain a +10 size bonus to their Damage Threshold. Their lifting and carrying limits are quadruple those of Medium characters.
