Prerequisite: Trained in Deception
Effect: As a Standard Action, you can make a Deception check against the Will Defense of a single target within 6 squares and your line of sight. If successful, you temporarily rattle the target, causing them to suffer a -2 penalty to their attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
