You are able to attack when your opponent is most vulnerable- the same instant they strike you.
Prerequisites: Dexterity 13, Combat Reflexes, Dodge
Effect: Once per round, when an opponent makes a melee attack against you and misses, you may make an immediate Attack of Opportunity against that opponent.
