Prerequisite: Chagrian, Exceptional Skill (Knowledge (Any (Except Knowledge (Technology))))
Effect: Choose a Knowledge skill (except Knowledge (Technology)) for which you possess the Exceptional Skill Talent. Whenever you roll a Skill Check with that Skill, a result of 2-8 on the die is always treated as though you had rolled a 9.
