I swear I remember some years back reading somewhere a set of guidelines for creating high-level encounters for low-level players. Specifically, I recall it putting the example of the Bespin Duel, something about Vader only have +10 BAB and... I can't recall the Reflexes cap.

It was basically written so players could actually hit high-level characters, for whatever purposes have you. I can't seem to find the article/guide anywhere at all, and I would be extremely grateful if anyone either remembers what those alternative rules were or knows the text I'm talking about.

Sorry if I'm being too vague, but I really didn't know where to ask since the WOTC forums went down (in all likelihood it was somewhere there).

Was browsing the wiki today and suddenly everything is like it's in widescreen. There used to be a border round the edge of everything (like a starry sky) but now every page stretches across the whole screen. Any ideas how I set it back to normal?
